xCard is a personal project, not a registered company. It is built and maintained by a single independent developer based in Hungary. By using xCard, you agree to these terms.
xCard lets you create a free, hosted profile card at username.xcard.lol. You add your links, bio, and choose a visual theme. We handle the hosting - no technical setup required on your end.
You must be at least 13 years old to use xCard. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything posted under your account. We require email verification when you sign up.
You can post anything that is legal and does not harm others. You may not use xCard to post, link to, or distribute:
Violations may result in your account being removed without prior notice.
You own everything you put on your card. By publishing it, you give us permission to display it as part of running the service. You can delete your content or your entire account at any time.
xCard is a free personal project provided "as-is". We do not guarantee uptime, automatic backups, or that the service will exist indefinitely.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XCARD AND ITS DEVELOPER ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES - INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION - ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer of xCard from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms - including any content you post or links you publish on your card.

We will review all valid reports and remove infringing content promptly.
We may update these terms occasionally. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use xCard after that point means you accept the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and, where applicable, the law of the European Union.
